If you change your mind about your purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery for refund or replacement. The product must reach us in as-new, saleable condition to be eligible for refund or replacement. For all ‘change of mind returns’ you are responsible for the return postage as well as postage for the new product. You remain responsible for the condition of the product until it is received by us.
If the item that you purchase is defective or delivered as a result of our mistake, we offer a refund or replacement on the basis that you return the defective or wrong item to us. You need to report the defect within seven days after the product has been received by you. We will then provide instructions as to return shipping and reimburse you for return shipping costs. Please note that our items are hand made and inherently there are minor variations in size and appearance. These variations are not considered defects.
If you need to return an item please contact us by email at email@example.com. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement product once we've received and processed the returned item. Please note that refunds can only be finalised in the original payment method (for example, if the items were paid for by credit card we will refund back onto your credit card).
